This process happens every 2-4 weeks so if it has been 5 or more weeks since your training date, please reach out using the contact form below.
Once we receive your name and email from your instructor, we will create an account for you and send you an email stating such. When you log in for the first time you will need to change your password. If there are any technical issues, please reach out using the contact form below.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days after you have logged in for the first time before inquiring about a missing course. It is likely a system issue and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
For completely virtual and blended trainings you can find the link for your training in Module 10 after you have completed all necessary pre-work.

We currently cannot teach teen MHFA to 9th graders due to our course being adapted from Australia’s original model. This model was based off their secondary school system which is different from ours. Based on recent feedback, we are working to find a way to implement the program to include 9th graders to help fill health education requirements in school. We are unsure if when this will happen but since Australia has adapted their course to include more grade levels, we expect to do the same, it is only a matter of time.
Until June 30, 2024
Please submit our contact form and select “Becoming an Instructor.”

For Instructors
Please follow this link https://forms.office.com/r/9a19ZzNPLY to request materials for your training.
As long as we have all the necessary information and inventory is stable, your materials will be sent no later than a week before your training date.
When you submit your course to us, please also prepare a participant sheet with the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Physical Mailing address (for virtual courses.) To clarify, if your training is fully in-person or blended in-person we do not need the physical mailing address of your participants.
Your course will be created in Connect within 1 week of us receiving the training request. Once we receive the necessary participant information from the organization we will begin to add participants.
